Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy outlines the terms for cancellation of your subscription and eligibility for refunds for services provided by Circolife.
1. Cancellation Policy
  • Subscription Term: Your subscription is for a fixed term as specified in your Subscription Agreement. The agreement automatically renews for an equal term unless a written notice of termination is provided.
  • Notice of Termination: You may terminate the agreement by providing a written notice at least 30 days before the end of your current subscription term. If notice is not provided in time, the subscription will automatically renew, and you will be responsible for the fees for the new term.
  • Effect of Cancellation: Upon the effective termination of your subscription, we may deactivate your account and access to the services. You are responsible for any outstanding fees, surcharges, or costs incurred before the cancellation takes effect.
2. Refund Policy
  • Refunds for Services: Refunds are generally not provided for services that have been fully delivered. This includes, but is not limited to, the installation of the air conditioner(s) and any months of the subscription that have already passed.
  • Security Deposit and Installation Fee: The Installation Fee and Security Deposit is non- refundable. If the customer cancels a subscription, the Security Deposit will not be refunded.
  • Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective air conditioner, you must contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving it. We will work with you to repair or replace the unit as per the terms of your Subscription Agreement or provide a refund within 3 working days.
  • Discretion: In exceptional circumstances, Circolife may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund or store credit within 3 working days.
3. General Conditions
  • Agreement to Terms: By entering into a Subscription Agreement with Circolife, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
  • Policy Changes: This policy is subject to change. Any amendments will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your agreement to the updated policy.
